Our goal is to make subscribing to our services easy and smooth. To enable us to do this, we provide the following payment methods for all our services. Please note that we require an active credit or debit card on file for automatically renewing your subscriptions. If there is no payment information on file, you will need to manually renew your subscriptions.
Credit and debit cards
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
- Mastercard credit or debit
- Visa credit or debit
- American Express
Card surcharge
Payments made using an accepted credit or debit card incurs a card processing surcharge:
- Cards issued in New Zealand will incur an additional surcharge of 2.7% of the transaction value and NZD 0.30 per transaction.
- Cards issued anywhere else in the world will incur an additional surcharge of 3.7% of the transaction value and NZD 0.30 per transaction.
These fees are charged by our credit and debit card payment provider, Stripe.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT or bank transfer)
Customers can also pay us directly in our business bank account by using the bank account information on our invoices. This is the recommended method of payment for larger amounts, such as multiple annual subscriptions or one-off payments for support services.
EFT payment fees
There is no fee for payments using EFT from a New Zealand bank account.
Payments made from other countries will incur a NZD 15.00 fee per transaction. This fee is charged by our bank and is passed on to our customers.
