Creating a Support Ticket Print

We can only provide you with support if you create a ticket for your issue. This article will help you learn how to create and submit a ticket for any issue you are facing with your active products and services.

Step 1 - Log In to My Moohost

From a compatible web browser, log in to My Moohost by clicking here. If clicking the link does not work, copy and paste https://btll.ink/7klo in a new web browser tab or window.

Once on the Login page:

  1. Enter your email address in the Email Address field.
  2. Enter your password in the Password field.
  3. Click on the I am human checkbox for anti-spam. You may need to solve a challenge to proceed.
  4. Click on the Login button to log in.

Step 2 - Create Your Ticket

Once you are logged in, you can create a ticket from one of the following links:

Step 3 - Choose a Department

On the Create new Support Request page, start by choosing a department to which your issue relates:

Note: Choosing the right department will enable us to respond to your request sooner.

Step 4 - Tell Us About Your Issue

In the Create new Support Request form, enter the details about your issue:

  1. Enter a brief subject on what your issue is about in the Subject field.
  2. You can choose another department from the Department dropdown list if you wish to change the department from the previous step.
  3. Choose the service your request relates to from the Related Service dropdown list. This list will only list the services active services in your account.
  4. Choose a priority for your request from the Priority dropdown list. For most support issues, the default value should be fine.
  5. Enter a detailed message about your issue in the Message field.
    Tip: Be as detailed as you can about your issue. If you have tried any troubleshooting, list the things you have tried and their outcomes. If your request relates to a particular domain name or email account, provide this information here.
  6. You can add attachments, such as screenshots, in the Attachments field by clicking on the Browse option and uploading the relevant attachment from your device.
    Note: You can only upload .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .txt, and .pdf files with each file being no more than 2MB in size.
  7. If you need to add more attachments, you can do so by clicking on the Add More button and choosing more files.
  8. Click on the Submit button once you are done to submit your ticket.
  9. If you no longer wish to submit your ticket, or you would like to start all over, click on the Cancel button.

Your ticket will then be submitted and you will see the Ticket Created screen:

Please keep the ticket number handy. You will need it to contact us about your ticket.

You will also receive an email with the ticket information, including a link to view your ticket. Please retain this email for your records:
