If you are eligible or an account credit, we will apply the credit to your account. Credits are not applied automatically and must be requested.

Requesting a Credit

You can only request a credit if the terms and conditions related to your services allow you to do so. Credits cannot be issued for the following services/products:

  • SSL Certificate purchases (via Digicert or any other vendor).
  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and/or transfers.
  • NordVPN subscriptions (monthly or annual).
  • SpamExperts email anti-spam subscriptions.
Note: Please refer to your individual Hosting Services Agreement for more information on which services are eligible for credit.

To request a credit, please submit a ticket from your My Moohost dashboard.

Note: Credit requests usually take longer to process than usual Billing queries due to additional verification requirements.

Using Your Credit

If your credit request has been approved, we will let you know by email. The approved credit amount will be loaded against your My Moohost account and available for use.

When placing a new order, you can choose to use any account credits you have under theĀ Payment Details section of the checkout page:

You can choose to save your credit for using later by checking the other option as shown above.
