It is a condition of doing business with us to ensure you pay any invoices before or on the due date. This article explains what happens if you do not make a payment by the due date.
If Your Payment is Late
We will wait for up to 3 days for your payment if we have not received it by the due date. After these 3 days, your subscription will be suspended. A late payment fee will be added to your invoice.
When your subscription is suspended, any associated websites and email accounts will stop working. You will not be able to send or receive emails, and your visitors will not be able to find your website. If you are hosting your databases which are accessed remotely by an app, the access will stop.
If No Payment is Received
After 3 days have passed and we still have not received your payment, your associated subscription will be terminated. This is permanent.
When your service is terminated, all your website files, emails, databases, etc. are permanently deleted. We can no longer restore your files or your access to your files or account past this point.
If you are approved to pay us after using the services, for example, paying us once your subscription period (monthly or annually) is over, we will send your debt information to one of our nominated debt collection agencies. Once your debt is passed on to a debt collector, they may add other costs on top of your debt, such as debt recovery and legal fees, which will increase your original debt. From this point on, for as long as your debt is with the debt collectors, all payments for the debt must be made to them directly.
If your details are passed on to a debt collector, you will hear directly from them. We will let you know before your debt is passed on to them.
Legal Proceedings
If the debt collection agency is unable to recover the debt from you, your details and the details of your debt plus any additional recovery charges due will be passed on to our lawyers. They may then add the appropriate legal fees to your debt amount, further increasing your liability. At this stage, we may pursue a judgement from a local court including the necessary legal orders to recover any monies owed to us and our legal representatives.
