Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases. This article explains when we may consider providing a refund for our services.
When required by law
We will meet our legal obligations for providing any refunds according to New Zealand laws. You can read more about your refund rights on the Consumer Protection website.
Service cancellations
If you cancel a subscription, we may provide a partial refund if the reason for cancelling your services are compelling. This decision is at our discretion, including the exact circumstances which define a compelling situation.
Non-refundable products
We cannot provide refunds for the following products:
- domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals;
- Digicert SSL certificates;
- NordVPN subscriptions; and
- Weebly website builder subscriptions.
When you place an order for these products, we make a payment to our suppliers. Agreements with our suppliers do not allow any refunds.
