If you forget your My Moohost account password, it's easy to reset it.
Step 1 - Visit the Password Reset Page
From a compatible web browser, visit this link. You can also copy and paste the following link if clicking it does not work: https://btll.ink/9w09
You will then land on the Lost Password Reset page.
Step 2 - Enter Your Email Address
On the Lost Password Reset page, enter the email address you use to log in to your My Moohost account:
Then click on the I am human checkbox to pass the anti-spam challenge. Once done, click on the Submit button to continue.
You will see the following message on the page:
Step 3 - Check Your Email
Log in to your email and locate the Password Reset Validation email from us:
On the email, click on the Reset your password link. You can also copy and paste the URL found in the email if clicking the link doesn't work.'
Step 4 - Choose a New Password
When you click on the link in the email, you will reach the following page on your browser:
On this page, do the following:
- Enter a new strong password in the New Password field.
- Enter your new password once more in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click on Save Changes once done to finish setting up your new password.
You will be logged in automatically once your password has been changed. You can also proceed to the client area by clicking on the Clik here text as shown below, or by using the menu items on the top of the page:
